Cordillera purchase agreements
Getting a puppy from me requires that you and I enter into a written agreement that obligates each of us to follow a set of guidelines that I have set up to help you raise a healthy happy puppy that has the maximum opportunity to fit into and enhance your families life. I am committed to uphold our obligations specified by these documents and I fully expect you to fulfill yours. Please do not consider purchasing a puppy from me if you do not think that you can do so.

This contract covers most of the puppies that I sell. The provisions of this contract are present in all of the other contracts.
All companion puppies am sold under an AKC Limited registration. This means that if the puppy is bred the pups it produces cannot be registered with the AKC. In addition all companion puppies must be spayed or neutered by the age of 18 months.
I am one of a very few breeders that have a specific written health guarantee. My contract provides for refunds of up to 50% of the purchase price on all of our puppies. This amount is prorated based on the age of the dog if a refundable health problem occurs.
My new show contract is upcoming. I have decided to not offer Co-Ownership contracts for Show/Breed quality dogs in most situations. I may be willing to enter a Co-Ownership with a Experienced Breeder and I will decide that when the situation arrises.
