CORDILLERA Is Karen Becker and her family of Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs. I live in the wonderful city of Omaha Nebraska (known locally as O!) on the Missouri River. I am currently owned by 3 Swissys.

I got my first Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Luc in 1997 and fell head first into the purebred dog world and the Swissy Community. After 4 years of experience with the breed I felt that I had what it took to become a small scale breeder.

I am active in Conformation and Weight Pulling and I have dabbled in Herding, Agility and Obedience.

I consider Breeding Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs a serious avocation. I am committed to producing beautiful, healthy, well tempered dogs that fit into responsible family's lives. Knowing that only a small percentage of any dogs that I may produce will be seriously shown, bred or trained to compete in working events I understand that like every other Greater Swiss Mountain Dog breeder I am primarily producing companion dogs.

I am committed to producing the finest companion, show / breeding and working dogs possible.
